Cancellation Policy

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR UGI BRISTOL? We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled start time, there will be no charge. If you cancel within 12 hours of the start time, we will refund 50% of the booking fee. However, if you cancel less than 12 hours before the booking start time, you will be charged 100% of the fee. Please note that this policy applies to all bookings, including airport transfers, roundtrips, and other private driver services. CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TRIP WITH UGI BRISTOL? Yes, you can reschedule your trip with UGI BRISTOL, please inform us ASAP before the scheduled trip. We still cannot guarantee the availability of the driver for the rescheduled time. Please contact us at info@ugi.taxi to reschedule your trip. WHAT IS THE WAITING TIME POLICY FOR UGI BRISTOL ? UGI BRISTOL offers a waiting time policy for Airport pick-ups and one way trips. For Airport pick-ups, customers are entitled to 1 hour of free waiting time. After that, a charge of £5 for every 10 minutes will be applied. For one way trips, customers are entitled to 15 minutes of free waiting time. After that, a charge of £5 for every 10 minutes will be applied. It is important to note that waiting time must be paid to the driver in cash or via card payment. We do appreciate your understanding that driver`s time is important as well.
